1. Company Information
AST Trades Ltd is registered in England and Wales. Company number: 17221700. These terms govern your use of ast.trading and all AST services.
2. Services
AST Trades Ltd provides online trading education, community access, mentorship programmes and copy trading services. All services are provided for educational purposes only.
3. Risk Warning
Trading foreign exchange and gold carries a significant risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
4. Not Financial Advice
Nothing provided by AST Trades Ltd constitutes regulated financial advice. AST Trades Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. You should seek independent financial advice before making any trading decisions.
5. Mentorship Terms
Mentorship fees are payable in advance. All payments are final and non-refundable once the mentorship period has commenced. AST Trades Ltd reserves the right to terminate mentorship agreements in cases of misconduct or abuse.
6. Copy Trading Terms
Copy trading clients agree to a 25% profit share of net weekly profits. No profit share is charged on losing weeks. Copy trading is facilitated through PU Prime and is subject to their terms and conditions. AST Trades Ltd is not responsible for platform technical issues or execution delays.
7. Referral Programme
The AST referral programme rewards members for introducing new clients. Rewards are issued at the discretion of AST Trades Ltd and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on ast.trading including trade analysis, educational material and branding is the intellectual property of AST Trades Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
AST Trades Ltd shall not be liable for any losses arising from the use of our services, trading decisions made based on our content, or technical issues beyond our control.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
AST Trades Ltd reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
